It is all a bit murky, trying to find the definitions of Related and Interrelated as they Apply to the JSE or ASX specifically. However, I am happy with:
Related is a definiton of the companies control, ie, owning a Subsiduary (cryovation and Tetra4)
Interrelated appears to speak to a company that is interrelated to a board member.
Which is obviously why share holder authority is required for interrelated activity.
"The Board shall not have the power or authority to authorise the Company to provide Financial Assistance in relation to the subscription of any Option or Securities, or for the purchase of any Securities, of the Company or of a Related Company or Inter-related Company, as set out in section 44 of the Companies Act, unless such provision of Financial Assistance complies with the provisions of the Listings Requirements."
It is all a bit murky, trying to find the definitions of Related...
