Vacuum chambers or pressure vessels are extremely difficult to get full seal if there are lots of tapping points. The thing about the phase 1 liquifier is that nobody has made a small helium plant before. This is new technology and its all bespoke. Having multiple taps on the vacuum chamber is asking for a leak. Eventually it will be solved. At the end of the day its all just structural and mechanical components. I just hope that they test it thoroughly before sending it back.

I'm just worried about timing and how the NASDAQ ipo fits into it all. We need to IPO at the perfect moment to raise as much capital as possible. At least SM has experience in banking and should know the opportune time. I suspect it will just mean more waiting for us.
