I was a bit confused about the numbers myself and perhaps more concerning was the idea that the CEO might be a liar.
To me it looks more like the CEO was caught in between a rock and a hard place if someone leaked news about the cap raise he couldn't go ahead and say yes it is going to happen. Anyway I still hold and will continue to hold. I wish i could buy more but i would be breaking my trading rules about % of portfolio if i did.
