On face value, RMC's gearing appears to be extraordinarily high risk.
I am assuming the debt is being novated to institutions and it is they who are bearing the credit default risk. I have looked at the recent investor presentation and did not see any reference to this issue. If anyone has done any research on this issue I would be grateful if you could point me to a specific source so that I can do some due dilligence.
