Kreats, interesting post of yours. You are not well researched nor are you up to date with advancements in extraction processes and innovation in the shale oil resource development. If you checked some of your information, you would see that Shell and other large companies are now mining and processing in situ and that largely keeps the emissions within the ground. There are some anaolgies to sequestration processes involving underground gassification. If the governments were so concerned about shale oil mining then they would not be allowing the likes of BOE to mine and produce in Tasmania nor grant exploration permits to the likes of RMG and ALE. Your post was nothing more than attempt to quell the action and get entry into RMG at the right price. John Risinger has said that he believe that the shale oil resource for RMG, ADD and ALE is the jewel in the crown for each company.
