The JV for geophysics would be similar to that of SYR in respect to Lyndhurst. That means there is no dilution nor cash required to do the necessary geo work and fly aeromagnetics over the Mt Coffin copper resource. If you look at what happened with SYR at the time that JV was announced, you can see the potential for a significant spike in SP.
