DRILLING COMMENCES AT WOWO GAP ==================================== Resource Mining Corporation Ltd (ASX: RMI) is pleased to announce that it has commenced drilling on site at the Wowo Gap Nickel project in Papua New Guinea. The Wowo Gap Laterite Nickel project located in PNG, currently has an inferred resource of 66.8 Mt @ 1.17% nickel and 0.09% cobalt and is open to the north, the south and at depth. The company’s long term target is an increase in the resource and grade of the saprolite zone at Wowo Gap. The previous pits and wacker drill holes only partially penetrated the saprolite material which accounts for 18 million tonnes of 1.44% nickel of the inferred resource. The current drilling will allow the company to test the saprolite profile which previous testing has indicated grades as high as 1.68% nickel but only to depths of 1 – 3 metres (depths penetrated by pits and wacker drills). The thickness of the saprolite zone is unknown. The current drilling is capable of reaching 60 metres using HQ equipment or 100 metres using NQ equipment.
