RML vs Perpetua Market Cap and NASDAQ

    Anybody else going off comparing market cap of Perpetua Resources to guage potential of Resolution Minerals?

    Currently by my simplistic calculations Perpetua market cap is roughly 28x that of Resolution.

    28x the current RML share price comes to $2.13AUD.

    My understanding is that to list on NASDAQ an initial share price of $3us or $4us.

    Am I missing something?
