You are correct TD Waterhouse has been mentioned on the BB on many occasions and I myself have bought RMP shares through them.
But the form you have to fill can be done online and it is very simple to complete.
Regarding the extra dealing prompts, they are also self explanatory and not too hard to understand.
Having said that I honestly believe there will be a frenzy of buying this share once it gets listed on the AIM in the U.K. And most of the PI's who have got a holding of RRS/RRL in the PF will also add RMP.
With RMP only having 10% of the number of shares in relation to RRL in circulation, who knows how fast this will move. Especially as RMP is riding on the coattails of RRS/RRL and Ranges exposure is increasing by the passing of each day.
Those who wait for it to get listed on AIM will therefore have to pay a higher buy in price IMO.
