I think the reason why the RMP announcement came first was because they might have been issued a speeding ticket. They couldn't very well say they know of no reason because they had probably have been told that Horn has decided to dig deeper.
RRS had to follow suit because the RMP trading halt reason states it is in relation to the shabeel north drill.
As you say now that the announcement has been made by HRN there is no reason why Rrs/Rmp cannot make the same announcement and continue.
