    With Range fully diluted share count probably close to 2 Billion while RMP remains around 150 million, RMP is an even better deal if you are in it for Georgia or Puntland.

    The advantage in favour of RMP is now

    2B / 150mm / 2 = 7 for Georgia and
    2B / 150 mm = 14 for Puntland.
