This is a slightly unusual situation where the gold stocks have drifted so far for so long WAY ahead of a general market downturn .
IF you consider only tech's it does look very gloomy but if you factor in how fundamentally cheap gold stocks are at present it's very clear bargain hunters will be drawn in WHEN THEY FEEL IT'S SAFE TO DO SO .
There's also a limit to just how far profitable companies will fall .
