Did an IP Lookup...the IP address originated from OzEstock Pty Ltd (one of TFA's sites) If you think the attempted access was anthing more than a routine scan you can contact them on the following and query them:
I've gotten a few of these as well. My firewall documentation states that this usually means that a previous connection between your computer and the web server was not completely or correctly shut down i.e. when it blocks communication from a web server you recently visited, it simply indicates that the remote server hasn't shut down the connection to your computer correctly.
