What we have left to go:
- FIRB approval for RMS offer
- DIO Board endorsement for RMS offer

Then once this is done, DIO price will parallel to RMS SP.

So if RMS 48c, then DIO will be 96c theortically (but usually above that as a premium).

If RMS 55c, then DIO will be $1.10+.

And if Bakersteel accepts RMS offer, AVO would be in trouble if they really want DIO.

AVO should accept RMS offer, if RMS has over 50% of DIO. Sell RMS at a profit and launch a takeover of SLR imo.
