It doesnt entirely rule out strategicly positioned higher cost producers.
Take for example Edna May acquisition. Its main body of ore is low grade stock work with a relatively poor AISC. The location of the mill is important coupled with the prospect of trucking in higher grade ore from sattelite deposits.
RMS has certainly looked outside the square with the Edna May purchase.
I strongly believe they will do the same again with their next purchase.
