As at 24/3 Anthony Barton & Assoc held 90,721,569 over 4 entities. (Approx 6.3%).

It is possible that he may have ceased to become a substantial holder but not have sold all shares into the bid , however I doubt it.

I think that RMS may leave the exercise of their options, 101M to the very last as this will water down the % now held as that 101M will have to be added to SOI for SPX.

I calculated that after exercising the options and taking into account the watering down effect the net gain will be approx 1.5% which they may not even need in the end to get acceptances over 90%.

I'm very optimistic that this 90% milestone will now happen as early next week.

Let's hope the little lady is very quiet this weekend.
