The last time rms had 3 consecutive weeks of increasing volume week over week with a green close was April 2020 when it ran to ATH. Interestingly, the last big up leg from March 2021 from low of $1.18 that failed at $1.995 started with 3 consecutive green closes on falling volume week over week. In hindsight I shouldn't have over looked this.
