At the end of June 2020, there were 1.8 billion banknotes worth $90.1 billion on issue in Australia. The value of banknotes in circulation increased by 12.6 per cent over 2019/20, compared with annual growth of around 5 per cent in recent years.
With my calculations there is about 3,512 printed dollars for every person in Aust, unless they meen long billions, but dont think so. They did actually print more than usuall because of corona, but your not allowed to use it? Some people must be worried.
The other dollars are numbers in the computer, that to me sounds like crypto. And there is alot of crime going on with the AUD crypto money also.
Gold looks safe to me.
