Trouble is Richie the directors have provided no other guidance.

If RMS don't get close by Monday then either RMS will extend the offer or the bid will lapse and for remaining DIO holders this will not be a good way to end up.

Personally I think the bid is still too low and there will be a change to the bid either increased or extended.
