So, this will be interesting. The Alkane deal voting papers have been out for ages. Before the increased offer came in. I suspect they will get the votes based on timing alone.I'm not even sure what the EXU board can do if they have enough acceptances in already and wanted to change their recomendation. Thoughts?
Will it mean that the RMS and EXU boards have to coordinate their approach with Alkane?
