RMS & SBM are totally different gold mining operations as to their mines and locations. The current Chairman of RMS (Bob Vassie) was formally CEO of SBM until Feb. 2020. I think it is more likely.Bob has suggested the two companies co-operate more on items of mutual interest. For example SBM currently have problems with their Canadian operation in relation to local and environmental issues. The HC SBM site post by "Polly Woffle" on the 19/3/22 says it all.
As to the difference between RMS and SLR the market appears to be still waiting to see what RMS is doing with their Apollo acquisition and how it fits into their long term strategy. By contrast the market have given SLR a big tick on their Harte acquisition. Whilst SLR purchased the Harte debt leaving nothing for the shareholders it must be remembered Harte was basically insolvent partly due to the adverse weather conditions (snow/ice).
All shall be revealed in time even though it does test our patience..
