They have already said that debt facility is for general corporate expenses, so the existing cash reserves are probably earmarked for an acquisition you would think, although they can't disclose. As for SBM rumours, 100% agree that some disclosure would be nice.
The December quarterly report came out on the 28th January, so realistically March report due end of April. Hopefully we get some sort of clarification before then.
