Maybe we are just over thinking this. RMS may merely be setting itself for possible acquisitions if opportunities become available. Accordingly, they have arranged for a debt facility in case an opportunity did arise. Management are just being prudent. If no opportunities arise, they don't use the facility.
The market does not like uncertainty, so the perceived highten potential for an acquisition has spooked it and resulted in the sell down.
Maybe we are just over thinking this. RMS may merely be setting...
