Let’s assume that RMS was trading at the coveted $1.00 per share level. That would place the company at approximately 30% of the market cap. of SAR and 25% of RRL.
My view view is that at $1.00 RMS represents excellent value compared to its peers. What does that say about the current price of RMS? I believe that yesterday’s big gain is not going to be the last time we see that sort of action as value catch up occurs.
