The MoM guys do make a good point. Why would you go ahead with Rebecca/Roe when you could spend your spare $$ buying SPR? Higher grade, shorter lead time (plant already built), no doubt lower AISC. Having said that RMS can't afford to buy with cash and almost can't afford not to with scrip. I for one don't want RMS paper with their tired old assets and SPR would be the jewel in the crown. Best that we stay independent.
