SPR will be on the radar of quite a few big gold producers - if it looks like the MRE will certainly get to 5m Oz and potential for a lot more the majors will be interested and then it will come down to price and whether they perceive the TO price to be good value or too expensive.
Nick J told me 5m Oz was a given and at a recent presentation he mentioned 6-7m potential.
SPR SP is not cheap but if the resource get to 6-7m and maybe more with the grade at 4-5G/t with a potential for annual production of 350k Oz to 500k Oz at a low AISC then the SP will probably go a lot higher but how high I have no idea!
There is probably a TO premium currently built into the SPR SP and expectations of higher resources. How much of a premium - no idea!
We should nit get too greedy!
