Yeah.. i looked at goldfields. RMS and the rebecca/roe would be tempting for them and they would be able to consolidate that whole area. They are not on the ASX though and after buying de gray dont have the cash to pony up that much of a cash buy.. so i would say unlikely. Maybe RMS sell them Rebecca/Roe and then RMS take out SPR in a three way trade?
I cant see any other major that has plans for M&A. EVN, NST busy, gold road aint got the cash. Westgold.. well.. its westgold.
