The BGL reserve is around 8 grams a tonne , they seem to be doing about half that , probably because they are trying to fill the mill with inadequate stopes prepared ahead of them - (playing catch up), table 1 of the quarterly row 6 and 7 shows that , so instead of stockpiling low grade development ore they are processing it which is pulling down the average grade processed .
Also on the negative for the last year I can not remember seeing a Mineral resource and reserve estimate table put out by BGL , is there an issue why they are not showing the table in that it is in conflict with how the ore on the ROM pad is reconciling to the table
Their excuse is they are going through a lower grade area of the mine currently (although they did not forecast that 12 months ago ! )
About 6 months ago they said dilution was less than 10% for the stopes so not sure if having narrower veins than Never Never is the issue but the diagrams they showed were just for drives , I am betting the panels between drives could well have higher dilution , (pinch and swell causation ) but no mention of that in the quarterly -why?
BGL is confusing as they are stoping from 5 separate non contiguous lodes all with very different widths and grades unlike NN and its hot little sister .
