    SPR current MC 1.7b - RMS 20% holding = 1.35b

    RMS cash 500m

    SPR 1.35b + 40% premium 1.9b (offer price approx $1.90 per remaining 80% SPR share).

    1.9b - 500m cash = 1.4b.

    RMS SOI 1.16b @ $2.49

    SPR SOI 1.28b @ 1.35

    RMS dilution = 1.4b or 560m extra SOI

    RMS new SOI 1.72b

    RMS updated MC @ $2.50 SP = 4.3b
