It’s illegal to NOT report results which are deemed price sensitive. Maybe they just don’t have anything which would move the needle just yet. Alternatively, others have mentioned in the past that there are ways to delay making an announcement like double checking the reliability of results. I seem to remember this may have happened last year a couple of times. On those occasions we weren’t disappointed with the eventual results.
