Ask yourself can Mark Zeptner and Simon Lawson form a workable, friendly and stimulating atmosphere together as a team.
I wouldn't say either of them had a giant ego but figuring out how they can cooperate together to run a potential Tier One operation, has to be the main topic of discussion between the two parties.
Simon is a man committed to his shareholders so I can't imagine he will roll over at under $2 a share.
The combined entity would be worth north of $6b, which starts to place them in a zone that's above mid-tier.
