    It's great that Simon is committed to his shareholders.

    But what is even better is that Simon has his own 20M SPR shares+rights - worth ~ $30M today, but much more in the future.

    He'll work hard to extract the best value for SPR, not only for goodness of his heart, but for his own interest.

    And just $2 per share would be underselling SPR. If we're to merge with RMS, it should be a merge of equals, 1 for 1 scrip offer.

    We might not be there yet, but we will after ongoing exploration/mining decline is completed, and we got more good assay results.
