I read it that they probably did an in principal deal on terms a while ago when respective valuations were different
lawyers etc have delayed things
RMS went down (after Mt Magnet update) and SPR went up on speculation of a T/O
its a scheme deal requiring a merger vote
sensible deal for both imho … just get on with it now
