your spr shares will be converted to rms shares. For every 1 spr share you will get 0.6957 rms shares plus $0.25. spr will not exist after the scheme is implemented. .so the concept of dilution is not really applicable compared to a capital raise. All spr assets will be transferred to rms. So you will have shares in rms ..with rms owning all the assets of spr and rms. if you dont want to be "diluted " by the $0.25 cash you receive...just buy rms shares with the cash you receive
