Interesting to see Ramelius discussing a takeover or merger with SBM.
Given that SBM owns 18% of KIN, there could be some flow on effect.
RMS have recently taken over the Rebecca project near Laverton. They seem to be wanting to increase their resources in the area to justify a processing hub there. Even if the takeover of SBM came to nothing, would they be interested in getting KIN's resources cheap whilst the share price is so low?
