excellent news.. removes the major obstacle to the directors of DIO being able to make a recommendation before next wed and removes one of the major issues with the bid (the 50.1%) condition..
will be interesting to see the market action tomorrow.. the arbitragers should make sure the DIO price approaches the bid price now that the major impediments removed
will also be interesting to see if this brings anyone else out of the woodwork.. game and set to RMS, but not yet match
