. In this circumstance I'd hazard that this CR is a healthy one that could generate a better deal for all involved.
It would allow our company to be more competitive and be in a position of an earning power style. I see this announcement to come as being a positive one, this tells me that the company has and is strengthening its position.
Whatever the SP raising. The SP should march to the 3's upon opening. IMO
