There was a 23m prop at .001 for most of the week so someone wanted this to go up.
I agree that it should be a positive announcement for us but the way it's worded it could be anything from full steam ahead with this cobalt deal to a complete u-turn and we're buying into a turnip farm in Bolivia with the cr.
