looking at the term sheet in the original ann't for the DRC Cobalt play they needed to spend 5.5mil in stages on exploration expenditure to urn 80% of the project plus to buy out the last 20% they need a payment of 3.5 mil -BUT- then in the next ann't they revised the terms to 750k to get to 80% then 3.5mil to get the last 20% all seems a big strange-maybe they are going all out and going for the 100% up front because the DD was so mind blowing-bring on wensdy i say
