    I look at all the timeframes as they provide different details, but yes it helps filter out noise and gives a better and clearer picture of what's going on.

    Only had the 60min on it's own today, last post had the 60min 30min 10min charts

    I prefer the daily mostly, but look to intra days for timing entry buys
