    I think it will end up rallying without the announcement. MC is too cheap with the ducks that are lined up and the short timeline to commencement. Plenty on the sidelines ready to jump on board imo. All it will take is some line wipes and volume and sheep mentality will take over. Right up until that moment it will seem like a lame duck.
