Norman, I provided a link a while ago which I thought gives a good summary and comparison with hard rock. Whilst a hell of a lot cheaper than hard rock it is still costly and time-consuming to prove up a resource. Have a read, it might temper your expectations a bit. As I said I like to keep it real.
