What's interesting is that there is not one shares for sale on Chi-X now on RMX at all, there are a few buyers, but that's it. A lot of the manipulation trades were going through Chi-X when it was sub 3c.
Perhaps some international buyers loading up and now just waiting, possibly USA, China, Hong Kong
