maybe silly or maybe not, there are many reasons that people will sell, doesnt always have anything to do with the fundamentals or even technicals of a stock. We could conjecture all day, like perhaps its an insider who got a whiff of lab results? or some details on cobalt DD? or it's tax reasons as someone else suggested (I dont think that one is likely, or it's because they want fly out for a holiday this weekend and want a bit of spending money? or their child is getting married on the weekend and they want to give them some cash. Lots and lots of reasons to sell.
