I don't think results are being held back. They probably haven't analysed all the samples, if they have all the samples from the 2nd hole. We don't even know if they have finished the second hole so wouldn't panic just yet.
Sure they have lab results from the first hole, but as stated:
"Analyses for lithium levels are ready for hole 1 and remains secure at the respective laboratories. However, it has been determined that RMX will receive all results for DH1 and DH2 together so that a comprehensive geological evaluation of Red Valley can be undertaken. "
