I was going to post pretty pictures but your summation hit the nail on the head.
I see this ranging in the low 3s for a little while.
I believe there will be a point though when people start to push this higher prior to drilling. When that is though is anyone's guess. Could be this week, the next or the next.
I'm very happy accumulating heads and a few oppies presently while we await.
