It seems new management has not instilled confidence in share holders with the SP collapsing after the consolidation .
Most consolidations head back to the pre existing price and share holders get diluted again when capital is needed.
Some are probably wondering what the difference is between the old and new board because their capital is being wiped away faster since the consolidation was done.
