It's in their interest for the options to be in the money by June. Not that they can manipulate things to suit themselves (cough)...legally.
Whatever kind of timelines they have currently must have this factored in to some extent.
The preso today is probably one of many cards they intend to play.
At the end of the day have a little faith people. Read the rap sheet of the company directors etc released today. These guys are no newbies. As someone stated their bonuses only apply for successful outcomes, so that's what they will be basing all their decisions on. Agree with it or not...their best scenario is also our best scenario, even the two interests may clash from time to time. Longterm SH and management's interests are the same.
