Nah don't agree. Market Cap depreciation is usually related to failure. I have been invested a number of times in companies with great prospects that did end up being successful but were failed investments due to the enormous amount of dilution that occurred during the time it took to build a successful company. To me, particularly in the mining exploration sector where large amounts of money are often required to develop a mine, dilution is one of the biggest risks, and one of the few risks that can cause your investment to fail even if the company becomes a success.
