The director converting those options is a dead giveaway, why not load up on the heads before it zooms :-)
Why would you? Options not required to exercise for over 4 months. If you think it's going to zoom you'd just keep holding the options. Only two possible reasons, 1 to show confidence to the market, or 2. to take advantage of a high price knowing what was about to come out. 1 is totally possible but if so, gee it wasn't a great look selling at the top of a run followed by a signifcant share dilution announcement.
